We have a 30-day satisfaction return policy, and a 90 day Defect policy. Our 30 day satisfaction return policy starts the date you receive your item. You can return the item by post at your shipping expense for a full refund or a repair and we will pay to reship the item back to you. To be eligible for a satisfaction return, your item must be returned in a reasonable condition, light use is acceptable. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any product that is broken or damaged due to a production fault can be returned in a used condition and within 90 days of recievership of the item, please contact us before returning the product so we can make the process as smooth as possible.
